My affection with photography and writing began with a guidebook covering the dive sites of the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, titled Easy diving in Sydney's East. I was a regular contributor and columnist for Sportdiving Magazine for over eight years. My other publication credits reach far and wide with magazines in the United Kingdom, Singapore and New Zealand all having had numerous stories published about marine life and diving in Australia. My underwater photography has been exhibited at Customs House and the Australian Museum in Sydney and one of my underwater images that reached the semi-final stages of the prestigious BBC Wildlife Photographer of the year awards in the year 2000 has been adopted as the mascot for the Australian Museum's Ichthyology homepages. See the list of magzines to the right in which my work appeared many times over. Soon, selected articles will be available for download as pdf files.
